Michael Patrick Fitzhugh ("we", "us") offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on Primal Signal. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout, or
  2. Email us at MikeFitzhugh56@gmail.com and we will initiate the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

After 30 days

Refund requests made after the 30-day window are reviewed case by case. Paddle's Refund Policy also applies.
